With offshore discoveries gaining global attention and Namibia fast becoming one of Africa’s most promising frontiers, the question is no longer if youth should be involved, it’s how soon, how many, and how far we can go.

“Empowering Youth” is not a box we’re ticking; it’s the heart of this movement. It means creating access, delivering real tools, building competencies, and opening doors that remain closed to too many. Through workshops, masterclasses, mentorship, and meaningful engagements with industry leaders, we’re equipping youth not just to join the industry, but to help shape it.
